Citric acid exists in a variety of fruits and vegetables,most notably citrus fruits. At room temperature,Citric acid is a white crystalline powder.It can exist either in an anhydrous (water-free) form Or as a monohydrate the monohydrate forms when citric acid is crystallized from cold water.
Citric Acid is mainly used as acidulant, flavoring agent, preservative and antistaling agent in food and beverage industry, it is also used as antioxidant, plasticizer and detergent in chemical, cosmetics and cleaning industries.

Packaging and storage
The package is 25 kilograms bag. For bags, we have plastic and kraft. A 20 feet container could load 22 Mt Citric Acid with pallets. Without pallet, it could load 25 Mt. For pallets, we can also provide different materials as you need.
