Ingredients: mono-diglyceride fatty acid ester, mono-diglyceride diacetyl tartrate, Sodium stearyl lactate, calcium stearyl lactate, Guar gum, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Alginate, hydroxypropyl starch, maltodextrin.
